KSHA-PAC Contribution Limits:
Primary, general and special elections are considered separate elections;
An individual may contribute the stated amount in each election.
The Law Says:

To Permanent Committee (PAC) $1,500 / year aggregate (KRS 121.150(10) Prohibited (KRS 121.025 & 121.035)

That "money talks" in politics is a fact of life whether we like it or not.  Along with that fact goes another one:  Public officials who understand and support your point of view can't help you if they are out of office.  The purpose of KSHA-PAC is to offer financial support, within the law, to the women and men of the Kentucky General Assembly who understand the needs and concerns of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists across the Commonwealth.  Your contribution to KSHA-PAC is a critical part of being heard in Frankfort.  Just a few dollars from you, added to the contributions of other KSHA members, quickly becomes a powerful voice for our profession and the individuals we seek to help.
